Working with a counsellor can provide relief and a new perspective when you are under stress. We all have resilience and strength to cope with life’s challenges of unpredictability, pain, and adversity. As a trauma-informed and person-centered counsellor, I offer authentic empathy to those living through difficult times.
Creating a mutually respectful and empathetic therapeutic relationship so that you feel supported as you discover a sense of ownership and insight into your self. When we make space for curiosity and kindness we can explore our overwhelming or confusing experiences and gain clarity about our unique path.
I lead with the values of safety, acceptance, collaboration, and empowerment so that you feel truly supported and profound embodied change can occur.
Courage is required to start counselling or build an alliance with a new counsellor and I am honoured be invited into that process.
